How can I pay for my order?

Payment is made via PayPal.
The payment method is chosen during the order process.


Can I return an order?

It is possible to return only the machines. Food products cannot be returned once purchased.


Availability of products and sale price

All products visible on e-commerce are available in stock and then you can proceed with the purchase.

Should problems occur during the order processing process, the Customer will be notified and promptly contacted via email or via the contact details provided during registration. The indicated price is per unit for the product, indicated in Euros and including VAT. The total price of the products will be added to the cost of shipping and any cost of payment for the payment.


Which carriers are used for shipping?

What are the delivery times?

Normally the shipment takes a maximum of 3 working days in case of orders in Italy, this time increases to 8-10 days in case of International shipping.


When it applies?

The warranty only applies to coffee machines. The warranty is 2 years in case of normal sale, in case of invoice the warranty is only 1 year.
