IF you are NOT able to register, you will receive an email like this:

Dear XY Customer,
we have carried out checks on our systems and we understand that you are not registered in our shop.
We can fix it right away, below we report everything you need to do:

– access this page https://shoporocaffe.com/en/my-account/ and fill out the form on the right “Register”

– check your inbox. You will receive an email to verify your account. Click on the second link similar to this one to confirm your account.

– you will be sent back to our shop and a screen will appear confirming the activation of your account

– then check on the page https://shoporocaffe.com/en/my-account/ that your account is logged in correctly, otherwise fill in the “Log in” form with the data of the registration you just made

– proceed with the purchases!
